
ππ§ Lemon Butter Fish Fillet
Light, flavorful, and perfect for a quick meal π
Ingredients
- 4 fish fillets (tilapia, cod, hake, or sole)
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of Β½ lemon (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Season fish with salt and pepper.
2οΈβ£ Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
3οΈβ£ Cook fish 2β3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
4οΈβ£ In same pan, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic 30 seconds.
5οΈβ£ Add lemon juice and zest. Stir.
6οΈβ£ Return fish to pan, spoon sauce over fillets.
7οΈβ£ Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
