Cheesy Mustard Puff Pastry Twists

Crispy, golden, and packed with cheesy flavor — these puff pastry twists are perfect for snacks, parties, or alongside soup!


📝 Ingredients

  • 2 × 400 g puff pastry sheets
  • 3–4 teaspoons mustard
  • 150 g hard mozzarella cheese (grated)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Pastry

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Roll out one sheet of puff pastry.
Spread a thin, even layer of mustard over it.


2️⃣ Add the Cheese

Sprinkle grated mozzarella evenly on top.

Place the second puff pastry sheet over the first one and gently press down.


3️⃣ Cut & Twist

Cut into strips (about 1–2 cm wide).
Twist each strip gently and place on the baking tray.


4️⃣ Bake

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Let cool slightly before serving.
