
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
Add flour, salt, sugar (if using), and oil. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
Pour a thin layer of batter and swirl the pan.
Cook for 1–2 minutes, flip, and cook the other side.
Repeat until all batter is used.
