
Instructions:
Cook the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain well.
Fry the diced bacon in a pan until crispy and golden. Keep the rendered fat.
Add the hot pasta directly into the bacon pan and mix so it absorbs the flavor and fat.
Stir in the cottage cheese while the pasta is still warm.
Add sour cream and mix until creamy and slightly coated.
Season with salt (and pepper if you like).
